1 General Information & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the BD Jelly platform and all its services. "bd jelly", "we", and "us" refer to the organization operating this platform. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual who accesses the BD Jelly website or app.

"Platform" refers to the bdjelly.click website, mobile application, and all associated services. "Bet" means any money or item of equivalent value placed at risk on an outcome. "Account" refers to your personal registered profile on the Platform.

The Bengali version of this document is the primary version. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail. By using these terms, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and with full consent.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with BD Jelly, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Accounts created with false information may be permanently closed.
• You must register an account in your own name. Opening a personal account on behalf of another person or any organization is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password must be kept completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.

BD Jelly reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. If any of your registered details change, you must notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

BD Jelly currently accepts the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The key payment rules are outlined below:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum limit is determined by your account level.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funds are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Your account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• All withdrawals will be sent only via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.

BD Jelly does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are solely the user's responsibility.

4 Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on BD Jelly. Every user is responsible for complying with them:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bd jelly specifically offers a cash-out option.
• For pre-match bets, odds may change before the match begins. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• In Live Betting, odds change in real time. BD Jelly is not liable for any disruptions caused by loss of internet connectivity.
• If a match is cancelled or declared void, your stake is generally refunded.
• If a match is less than 50% complete, the bet may be voided and your stake refunded.
• If a bet is accepted due to incorrect odds or a technical error, bd jelly reserves the right to void it.

In an accumulator or combo bet, if one match is cancelled, that leg's odds are set to 1.00 and the remaining bet continues. The maximum win limit is set separately and may change from time to time.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

BD Jelly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement – meaning you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Regardless of how much you wager using your bonus balance, a maximum cashout limit applies.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. You may be required to wait for all active bets to be settled before the account is closed.

BD Jelly reserves the right to unilaterally close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of Terms & Conditions violations is found.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Prolonged inactivity (typically 12 months).
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

If an account is legitimately closed, all valid balances will be returned to the user; however, bonuses and any funds derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming
